E-Intervention Project aimed to study and analyze the impact of using ICT in the care of people with disabilities and their families. This project selected 5 families of people with disabilities so that professionalsadvise them using virtual personal communication environments. This methodology allows all professionals to meet the needs of families in real time(through the use of synchronous communication tools) or deferred(asynchronous communication tools). The final evaluation of this pilot will determine to what degree ICT can contribute to advancing the quality of life for families of persons with disabilities. In addition also prevents the families from moving periodically to meet the professionals.
