RedLeche is a joint initiative between Federación Panamericana de Lechería-FEPALE, Aula de Productos Lácteos, from the University of Santiago de Compostela and CESGA. It was financed by General Directory of Foreign Cooperation.
The network seeks to find horizontal exchange mechanisms among trainers in dairy industry and boast the creation of information, guidance and training services for those trainers. The network also provided a significant training offer for different actors in the dairy industry.
